Owner biography

Shandea Hardin

Humble Roots started the way most real things do - not with a business plan, but with a conviction. Shandea believed that skilled trade work and honest character belong together. That a plumber who shows up on time, tells you the truth, and treats your home like their own is not exceptional - it is just the standard. So she built a company around it.

Faith is woven into how Humble Roots operates. Not as a slogan, but as the reason we do things the way we do. Transparency over salesmanship. Neighbors over numbers. Showing up because it is the right thing to do.

"Anyone can fix a pipe. Not everyone operates with character."

Carlin brings the craft. Years of hands-on plumbing work - the kind that comes from actually being under sinks, in crawl spaces, and on job sites, not just talking about it. Together, they built something that reflects both of them: honest, skilled, and genuinely here to help.

This is a family operation, rooted in community, built to serve the people around us well.
